One day, my family was cooking dinner, and we decided to use eggplant in that meal, so I went a head and got the on eggplant we had in the fridge. It looked like a any eggplant would, something like this:

When my family cooks eggplant, we usually cut the eggplant into circles, then cut those circles and half, and dip them in flour with special seasonings to create a fried eggplant meal, and it is delicious!

But I wanted to try something new, so I said to my family, I’ll boil the eggplant this time! They weren't so enthusiastic, (and now I don’t blame them!) but I insisted I would boil it, so they let me try it.

Long story short, it turned out horrible! They tasted plain, then I added Taco seasoning! Big mistake and such a waste! It still tasted bad, and by the time I was finished they looked like this!:

What NOT to do while cooking eggplant:
DON’T boil eggplant pieces in a pot of water
DON’T try to put seasoning on them when it turns out bad.
DON’T even insist on doing this in the first place!
