I was suggested to run twice a day for seven days. Here’s what happened...

I was told to run twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon for a week.
This is not the exact day seven of my jogging experience. It’s been a few days since my jogging experience ended, but I still want to share with you how it was for me on day seven and how this experience was overall.
It started out hard, with me getting side cramps (I have an article about that and how to get rid of those) and then in the middle was my golden days. I could run for all the way to my neighborhood’s pool and back with nearly no stops at all.
Then, towards the end of my running journey, it got challenging again. My legs started to burn. It was hard to run through that after awhile, but I feel if I put 100% effort into my running instead of 97%, I would have ran straight through the pain.
Overall, I ran twice everyday that week and was proud of myself for not giving up. My father says now my legs should have built muscle memory and strength so I can run faster for longer. I’m going to test that.
Anyway, that was my running journey.
