DAY 3: JOG IMMUNE?

It’s day three of my jogging ounce in the morning and ounce in the afternoon for seven days! I’ve improved since day one, instead of taking a break this morning, I walked for a small bit before jogging again! Besides the burning in my legs, the morning jog was nothing!

My afternoon run was worse though, as I got side cramps again. I thought I had drank enough water the hour before, but i guess not then. I did drink some water in between the hour though.
